Pricing questions
What's included in the price?
The price always includes Odoo configuration to the agreed scope, local localisation, data migration and user training. It does not include Odoo licences (paid directly to Odoo SA) or server hosting.
How does payment work?
We start with a joint analysis and estimate hours per project phase. During implementation we invoice for actual hours worked — the client receives a work order with a breakdown of work done, and the invoice is issued after approval.
How much do Odoo licences cost?
Odoo Community Edition is free. Odoo Enterprise is priced by number of users and modules — typically from €240 per user per year. We'll prepare a precise calculation for you free of charge.
Can the project be phased?
Yes, and we recommend it. Start with the most important processes, avoid a big-bang disruption, and grow the system organically as you gain experience.
What if the project exceeds the estimated scope?
Before any scope change you will receive a quotation that you must approve. No surprises on the invoice.
