Digitalization grants

The advisor handles the application.
The project must survive the audit.

We implement Odoo ERP. When a grant exists for your project, we arrange the application through a partner agency — and prepare the technical part of the project so it passes evaluation and audits in the years to come.

We don't process the grant.
We deliver the technical part of the project.

We cooperate with a grant agency that prepares and submits the application. We prepare the analysis, technical specification and budget — and then implement Odoo so the project meets the grant conditions and subsequent audits.

Who does what

How the cooperation works

01Synwase
We assess the intent
We tell you whether the project is suitable for a grant — and whether it pays off for you.
02Agency
Prepares the application
Selects the programme, prepares and submits the application, communicates with the provider.
03Synwase
Analysis and budget
Process analysis, technical specification and an itemized budget as the basis of the application.
04Synwase
We implement Odoo
After approval we deploy the system in stages according to the grant decision.
05Synwase
We document as we go
Protocols and acceptances arise during the work — for payment requests and sustainability audits.

Why the supplier matters

Grants aren't lost at submission.
They're lost during implementation.

The advisor processes the application. But the underlying materials — scope, budget, technical specification — come from whoever deploys the system. And that's exactly what you're audited against for years after completion.

How it all proceeds

From intent to payout

A grant project is a multi-year run. For each phase you know what the grant advisor does and what we do.

01Preparation

Grant advisor

Synwase
We prepare the analysis and offer in the programme's structure — itemized budget, technical specification, project benefits.
02Evaluation

Synwase
We answer technical questions about the solution and refine the specification so the project stays assessable.

Our part of the project

Four things that decide

01
A budget that can be defended
Every item has a technical specification and a clear price. Expenses that don't belong in the grant we separate ourselves, up front — even if it lowers the subsidized amount.
Without it: Undocumented items get struck out during the audit. Returning a grant is worse than not applying at all.
02
Analysis before submission, not after
We measure the baseline state of processes before the application is filed. The benefits in the project then match what will really happen — and can be verified after implementation.
Without it: Benefits claimed from the desk don't materialize. In sustainability you then have nothing to prove them with.
03
We enter the tender as a bidder
The tender documentation is prepared by the grant advisor. We supply a technical description of the current state and then bid under the same conditions as anyone else.
Without it: A tender tailored to a supplier can be challenged. Cuts due to tenders are the most common sanction of all.
04
A schedule bound to the decision
We plan stages backwards from the deadline in the decision, with reserves for acceptance, training and document collection. If we can't make a deadline, we say so before it's too late.
Without it: The project misses the deadline. You either request a change or lose part of the grant.
You don't need to find a grant advisor

The application is handled by an agency we already work with.

We cooperate with a grant agency that has been on the market for over twenty years and prepares more than a thousand projects a year. You deal with one contract and one person on our side — we hand over coordination between ourselves.

We have implementation experience in manufacturing, logistics, wholesale, e-commerce and services. We prepare the project to match the grant conditions while making sense for your business.

Free intent pre-assessment
Before you pay anything, you know whether the project can reach a grant, how much — and whether it's worth it at all.
Materials that build on each other
You get the scope of work described so the advisor can take it into the application budget without haggling.
Tender by the rules
The advisor prepares the tender. We enter as a regular bidder — and accept that we may not win.

can be grant-funded.
