Reklamnidarky.cz started as a small family business. It gradually grew into a company that processes hundreds of orders a week, supplies promotional merchandise to companies, schools and institutions across the Czech Republic and abroad, and runs campaigns for well-known sporting events.
But with growing volumes came growing problems. Orders arrived by email, quotes were created manually in Word, reports were assembled in Excel and received invoices were typed in by hand. Every step needed human attention — and there was no single source of truth about the state of the company.
They approached us with a clear goal: bring orders, accounting and operations under one roof. The result is an Odoo that today covers orders from the websites and the internal system, invoices, the bank and a daily overview of the business.

A large share of B2B customers still don't use an order form — they simply write an email. Reklamnidarky.cz now have an easier path: forward the enquiry email to Odoo, our OCR extracts the data and creates the order.
