Partnership story

A family business that grew into international trade.

Reklamnidarky.cz started as a small family business. Over time it grew into a company processing hundreds of orders per week, supplying promotional merchandise to businesses, schools and institutions across the Czech Republic and abroad, and running large campaigns for well-known sporting events.

But as volumes grew, so did the problems. Orders came by email, quotes were created manually in Word, reports were compiled in Excel and received invoices were entered by hand. Every step required human attention and there was no single source of truth about the company's state.

They came to us with a clear goal: bring orders, accounting and operations under one roof. The result is Odoo, which now covers web and internal orders, invoices, banking and daily company overview — all accessible from mobile anywhere.

Challenges before implementation
